Did you know?

It is the statutory responsibility of each executive branch agency to familiarize its employees with their grievance rights and to promote EDR services. (See Va. Code § 2.2-3000(B)(2)). To assist agencies in meeting that obligation, EDR offers the following downloadable communications, which briefly summarize the options, rights and responsibilities of both employees and agency management in preventing, managing and resolving workplace conflict and disputes.

Flyer (Form EDR 11/06 A) can be used by agencies for posting in common areas where all employees have the potential to see it.

Signature Form (Form EDR 11/06 B) can be used by agency human resource departments to document employee receipt of this information.

Postcard (Form EDR 3/06 C) can be used as a paper communication for employees without access to email at work.
